Amit Mehta, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Moblize
Mr. Mehta is Chairman and CEO of Moblize. Prior to Moblize he held a variety of positions in mining, aerospace and the oil and gas sector. Mr. Mehta held positions at STG (now part of Manugistics) where he implemented a real time chain supply solution for Pratt and Whitney Rocketydyne (a supplier of Boeing) and at McKinsey where he was a strategy analyst. He is the winner of a National Award in the field of Instrumentation and Control, UK and sits on numerous Program Committees for Real Time Technology Adoption/Operations as part of SPE (Society of Petroleum Engineers). Mr. Mehta holds a degree in Manufacturing and Management from Cambridge University, UK.

Kenneth R. Peak, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Contango Oil and Gas.
Mr. Peak has been Chairman, CEO, and CFO of Contango since its formation in September 1999. Mr. Peak entered the energy industry in 1972 as a commercial banker and held a variety of financial and executive positions in the oil and gas industry prior to starting Contango in 1999. Mr. Peak served as an officer in the U.S. Navy from 1968 to 1971. Mr. Peak received a BS in physics from Ohio University in 1967, and an MBA from Columbia University in 1972. He currently serves as a director of Patterson-UTI Energy, Inc., a provider of onshore contract drilling services to exploration and production companies in North America.

Don Riley, Venture Executive Chevron Corp.
Don Riley has more than 30 years of experience with Chevron. Early in his career, he led research efforts in advanced 3-D seismic processing and supercomputing technology at the company's La Habra, California,research laboratory. In 1999, Riley co-founded Chevron's first venture investment group, Chevron Technology Ventures, which developed a portfolio of investments in information technology, material science and biotechnology startups. Prior to that, Riley was chief geophysicist for Chevron U.S.A. and Chevron Canada, where he was also general manager for human resources. He is currently a board member for Apprion, Codexis, Ember, FiveStar, Konarka, MicroFabrica, Microseismic, Moblize, Sicortex, Sub-One Technology, and Stingray Geophysical.Riley received doctorate and master's degrees from Stanford University in geophysics and also holds a Bachelor of Science in geophysics from the University of Tulsa.

Michael Harmelink
Michael  has more than 20 plus years of experience as CFO of variety of companies. Early in his career, served as Financial Manager for Coca Cola Fountain where he was responsible for financial management of field sales offices, strategic development. Michael most recently sold his venture STG for over $150 million to Manugistics, a provider of supply chain software to mid-market companies in Automobile,aerospace, retail market.

Mr. G. Bryan Dutt
Mr. G. Bryan Dutt, CFA has over a quarter century of oilfield/financial experience starting out with Baker International (now Baker-Hughes) as Geologist/Pressure Engineer. In 1999 Mr. Dutt founded Ironman Energy Capital, LP which manages two funds specializing in the oil and gas business. Mr. Dutt received degrees in both Geology and Economics from Colgate University and an MBA From Tulane University where he was designated as a AB Freeman Scholar. Mr. Dutt is a member of several Industry associations and trade groups as well as the Montrose Beer and Gun Club.
